Every session is led by James — not a fitness assistant keeping the room safe. James is in the session with you, adjusting technique, watching your progress, and making sure you're not just going through the motions.
James knows your name from day one. Before you even start, he'll have a proper conversation with you about where you're at and what you're working towards. You won't be handed a welcome pack and left to figure it out.
Whether you join on an 8-week programme or full membership, there's a structure to what you're doing. A plan. A direction. Not just "turn up and we'll see what happens." Real progress needs a real programme.
How It Works
No intimidating sign-up process. No showing up blind. Here's exactly what happens when you get in touch.
Drop your name and number using the contact form or message James directly on WhatsApp. That's all. No commitment, no form to fill in, no awkward onboarding process.
James will reply, usually the same day, for a proper conversation. Not a sales call. He'll ask where you're at, what you're hoping to get out of it, and whether TFW is actually the right fit for you right now.
Your first session is built around what James learned in that conversation. Your schedule is set up to fit your availability. And James will be there to meet you before you walk in, so you're not arriving blind on day one.
