Do I need to get fit first?

No! The great thing about TFW is that it isn't just for the super fit, in fact most of our students have come from a background where they have never been fit, fallen out of fitness, or simply become bored with the gym and that general fitness environment where everyone is treated like they are the same person. At TFW we know you are unique and have a unique story, that's why we work with our students every class, and use their goals to shape our programme.

What do 28 Days look like at TFW?

Your Shred starts with a private 1-2-1 strategy session with a coach, a private weigh in and body composition analysis using medical grade equipment. This is so we know where exactly you are starting from. When the Shred starts you'll be following our crafted meal plan that will help you shred bad eating habits, remove junk from your diet and teach you healthy whole food eating while making it simple to create the recipes and snacks you need each day to fuel your body. You'll receive up to 5 practice sessions a week where you'll be training in strength and cardio, focussed on burning fat, building lean muscle and feeling good.
