You Contact Us

Drop your name and number using the contact form or message James directly on WhatsApp. That's all. No commitment, no form to fill in, no awkward onboarding process.

James Gets in Touch

James will reply, usually the same day, for a proper conversation. Not a sales call. He'll ask where you're at, what you're hoping to get out of it, and whether TFW is actually the right fit for you right now.

You Start Training

Your first session is built around what James learned in that conversation. Your schedule is set up to fit your availability. And James will be there to meet you before you walk in, so you're not arriving blind on day one.

Training For Warriors isn't a franchise with rotating staff and different faces every week. James coaches every session. He'll know your name, your goals, and your progress from the day you walk in.
